During June 2026, 240,020 new Class B shares were subscribed for in Logistea AB (publ) (“Logistea”) through the exercise of warrants under the company’s incentive programme LTIP 2023/2026.
As a result, the total number of shares and votes in Logistea increased during June 2026.
As of 30 June 2026, the last trading day of the month, the total number of shares in Logistea amounts to 510,799,916, all of which are Class B shares carrying one-tenth (1/10) of a vote each. The total number of votes in Logistea as of the same date amounts to 51,079,992 and the share capital amounts to SEK 255,399,958.
