In accordance with Logistea’s Articles of Association, shareholders have the opportunity to request the conversion of Class A shares into Class B shares during the August and February each year.
If a shareholder wishes to convert Class A shares into Class B shares, the application form named “Request for Conversion of Class A Shares to Class B Shares in Logistea AB” (available for download further down on this page) shall be completed and submitted to Logistea AB, c/o Mangold Fondkommission AB, to the address specified on the application form no later than the last day of August or February each year.
For holders of Norwegian depositary receipts registered with the Norwegian Central Securities Depository (VPS) who are not registered with Euroclear Sweden AB, Sweden, and who wish to convert Class A shares into Class B shares, please contact Michela Westin (michela.westin@www.logistea.se) or Tobias Lövstedt (tobias.lovstedt@www.logistea.se).
Logistea will process the received applications and report them to the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket) for registration. Once the registration has been completed with Bolagsverket and Euroclear has updated the change in Logistea AB’s share register, the conversion is finalized. After receiving any applications, Logistea AB will promptly convert the registered Class A shares into Class B shares, typically at the beginning of September and March each year.
