Logistea signs new lease agreements for almost 11,000 sqm in Borås and Ljungby

Logistea has entered into new lease agreements with the existing tenants Londré Textiles AB, Oxeon AB and Hårds Transport AB regarding the properties Vindrosen 4 and Vindbryggan 6 in Borås and Rotorn 1 in Ljungby. The leases cover a total area of 10,910 sqm and a total annual rental value of SEK 9.4 million. Londré and Oxeon will move within Logistea's portfolio, while the leasing in Ljungby refers to vacant area, entailing a total annual rent increase of SEK 2.3 million.

Londré Textiles AB moves to new premises in Borås
Londré Textiles AB, a leading player in fashion and textiles with a focus on accessories, clothing and sports fashion for corporate customers, will move from existing premises at Logistea to new premises in the Vindrosen 4 property in Borås in the autumn of 2026. Londré Textile's new premises refer to areas that have been terminated and where the existing tenant will vacate in September 2026. The new premises provides Londré with modern and functional spaces that support the company's continued growth and development. The new lease covers 2,260 sqm with a new lease term of six years.

Oxeon AB expands its leased area within the existing property in Borås
Oxeon AB, with its world-leading brand TeXtreme in advanced composite solutions and technical textiles, signs a new 5-year lease agreement and thereby expands its area by an additional 2,000 sqm within the property Vindbryggan 6 in Borås by adding the area that Londré Textiles AB leaves within the property.

Hårds Transport continues to expand in Ljungby
Within the property Rotorn 1 in Ljungby, Hårds Transport AB is taking another step in its expansion. The tenant is expanding its area with 3,500 sqm of modern logistics space, which is currently vacant. Hårds Transport is well established in Småland and continues to consolidate its role as one of the most important logistics company in the area.
