Logistea's property Utveckling 1 in Nässjö, which was completed at the end of 2025 and is fully leased to Intersport Sweden, has been certified according to BREEAM In-Use with the rating Outstanding – the highest level in BREEAM's rating scale. At present, there are only nine properties in Sweden that have achieved this classification.
BREEAM In-Use is an internationally established certification system that evaluates and assesses the environmental performance of existing buildings, including in areas such as energy, environment, operation and management. The rating Outstanding is only given to properties that demonstrate a very high level of sustainability and efficient use of resources.
The fact that Nässjö Utveckling 1 achieves BREEAM In-Use Outstanding is a clear acknowledgement of the high ambition that has existed throughout the project – from development and completion to management. It is also proof that our sustainability goals are translated into concrete results, says Malin Friman, ESG specialist at Logistea.
The certification strengthens Logistea's position in sustainable logistics and industrial properties and is in line with the company's long-term strategy to develop and own properties with high quality, low environmental impact and attractiveness for both tenants and investors.
