EPRA Best Practice Recommendations
To enable stakeholders and shareholders to compare and evaluate Logistea’s operations in a more transparent and accurate manner, we report key figures and information according to EPRA BPRs (European Public Real Estate Association Best Practices Recommendations). As of the 2022 financial year, Logistea has received the gold award in EPRA BPRs, which the company was the first in Sweden to earn. Logistea has also been included in EPRA’s index for listed real estate investments since September 2024.
